
Senior Conference and Events Coordinator

The Events Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Conference and Events department. This key position oversees the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution and catering to diverse guest needs.
- Responsible for day-to-day conference and event operations
- Oversees administration and reporting for C+E
- Arranges regular training for team members and provides constant support and guidance
- Actively attends to guest feedback and resolves any issues
- Maintains clean and tidy areas for C+E environment, adhering to company and government WHS standards
- Liaises and assists other departments where necessary
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role, focusing primarily on conferences and events. A tertiary qualification in Hospitality, Events, or a related field is preferred.
