Central Reservations Manager Job Description

The Meat & Wine Co is seeking an experienced Central Reservations Manager to lead our reservations team.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing central reservations, conferences and events effectively and efficiently.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day management of the CRS team and liaising with individual restaurants to ensure booking management is at capacity.
  • Maintaining brand knowledge and staying up to date with restaurant operational requirements.
  • Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with hotel concierge teams, event coordinators, executive assistants and travel agents.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and communication.
  • Ensuring all requests are actioned promptly and recorded accurately.
  • Promoting conferences and events and supporting concept creation.

Requirements:

  • Sound HSC essential, tertiary certificate qualification in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Minimum three years management or reservations management experience within a restaurant essential.
  • Knowledge in managing group function enquiries.
  • Sound planning and time management skills essential.
  • Sound written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills essential.
  • Sound problem solving and decision-making skills essential.
