About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Specialist to join our Inside Sales Team (IST) at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunity leads and preparing estimate and proposal documentation for simple to complex focused sales solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides estimates and proposals for simple to complex opportunities across Building Management Systems (BMS) & Security LOBs.
  • Considers lifecycle, risk, ROIs and road mapping of sales solutions for sites / accounts / portfolios.
  • Focusing on strategic campaigns such as existing customer Operational Technology (OT) solutions, digital readiness and facility performance.
  • Work with Sales team, Branch and Sales managers.
  • Understand Delegation of Authority (DOA) and follow compliance.
About You

We are looking for a proactive and creative problem solver who is customer-focused. You should have a highly organized approach and great attention to detail. Additionally, you should have 1-2 years of design or estimating experience, tertiary studies in engineering or similar, and relevant industry practical experience.
