The Inside Sales Team (IST) is the engine for our future growth, and we are excited to create a new team that will be the heart of our sales delivery. The IST will support the business nationally in creating sales leads and providing support around the insights, estimation, documentation, and design support on strategic sales opportunities.

This is an opportunity to join our IST engine for future growth as a Solutions Specialist. The main responsibility of this role is to identify opportunity leads and prepare estimate and proposal documentation for simple to complex focused sales solutions.

The Solutions Specialist will manage assigned leads and opportunities, providing a positive impact for the business by driving secured orders and GM expansion through the presentation of high-value, strategic, and proactive client solutions.

The role will also focus on campaigns such as Facility Performance, Digital Transformation, Healthy Buildings, and Net Zero business and customer initiatives. This will provide a good outlook into industry trends and the ability to provide future business incremental growth, all within our constantly evolving digital world.

About the Role:

  • Provides estimates and proposals for simple to complex opportunities across Building Management Systems (BMS) & Security LOBs.
  • Considers lifecycle, risk, ROIs, and road mapping of sales solutions for sites/accounts/portfolios.
  • Focusing on strategic campaigns such as existing customer Operational Technology (OT) solutions, digital readiness, and facility performance.
  • Work with Sales team, Branch, and Sales managers.
  • Understand Delegation of Authority (DOA) and follow compliance.

About You:

  • Proactive approach to customer solutions identification.
  • Creative problem solver who is customer-focused.
  • Highly organized and great attention to detail.
  • 1-2 years design or estimating experience.
  • Tertiary studies in engineering or similar.
  • Relevant industry practical experience.
