Bravura Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior People Solutions Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our People & Culture Operations team, you will be responsible for providing expert systems support with Workday and other integrated systems. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture Operations, based in our Sydney office, you will streamline processes, drive continuous improvements and automation, provide training and expert system support. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing advanced support across Workday and other People & Culture integrated systems and tools including recruitment tool Avature
  • Implementing system enhancements related to business projects and improving reporting dashboards
  • Automating manual forms in Workday and updating business processes
  • Providing assistance with testing, configuration and deployment of new features and ensuring system optimisation
  • Identifying inefficiencies in existing processes and driving for continuous improvement
  • Providing reporting on People & Culture metrics
  • Assisting in developing and running training sessions and user guides
  • Maintaining the Application Tracking System (ATS) including troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring system performance and uptime
  • Integrating DocuSign with other business systems and managing upgrades
Requirements
  • 4-6 years experience in Workday across the following modules or areas: Core HCM, including EIB's, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, Reporting, Business Process Design, Fixes & Enhancements, Absence, Workday Pro Accreditation will be highly regarded
  • Experience with Jira or an ATS preferably Avature & survey tools will be an advantage
  • Experience in developing reporting metrics for stakeholders
  • Workday coaching and training experience
  • Excellent problem solving skills and proactively providing solutions
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management working across multiple time zones
