Job Title: Senior Business Automation Specialist

At CYOS Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Automation Specialist to join our Data and Automation Engineering Branch. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities within business processes.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of current processes and workflows to facilitate RPA solutions.
  • Gather and document business requirements.
  • Develop RPA business cases and use cases for executive assessment.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing and the upfront identification of Success Criteria.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis.
  • Strong understanding of RPA technologies and best practices.
  • Experience in process mapping, business process modelling, and requirements gathering.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Previous experience engaging with business colleagues for User Acceptance Testing.
