Air Liquide Australia is a leading provider of gases, technologies, and services for industry in Australia.
We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. The successful applicant will work with a supportive and friendly team, communicating with valued customers daily via inbound calls.
The role involves handling product inquiries, status updates on orders, and returns. Outbound calls will be made to inform customers about their order status or follow-up actions. Key responsibilities include:
- Addressing inbound correspondence professionally and efficiently.
- Liaising with ALH state staff to resolve customer queries.
- Ensuring all activities comply with the requirements of ALH's Quality Management System.
- Processing sales orders received via email, online, telephone, and direct channels in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
- Following up after call requests via email, telephone, and direct channels in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
Are you a great fit?
- You're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building relationships over the phone.
- Previous experience in a contact centre is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
- You possess excellent phone etiquette.
- You have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Administrative and sales experience (desirable).
- You're computer literate with the entire Google Suite.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You embody a 'can-do' attitude aligned to the continuous improvement of our customer experience strategy.
About the opportunity:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development within Air Liquide.
