Job Description

As a highly skilled Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales and marketing teams at a leading global technology company. Your primary responsibilities will include managing end-to-end execution of promotions, creating promotional planners, and processing reseller claims.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to execute retail channel strategies, including the creation and distribution of promotional materials and management of reseller claims.
  • Analyze sales data and stock reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, collaborating closely with inventory management stakeholders and retailers to optimize performance.
  • Support new product launches by developing pricing lists and new line forms for resellers, working closely with the sales and marketing team to engage with retailers and distributors directly.
  • Manage time-sensitive projects effectively, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain sales reporting dashboards using Excel (or preferred tools like PowerBI or Tableau) to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Excel, including intermediate-level skills in pivot tables, charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, and array formulas.
  • Experience in an analytical environment with cross-functional interactions, driving results-oriented outcomes.
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales administration experience in consumer goods or FMCG management, with a strong understanding of business acumen.
  • The ability to gather requirements and create clear, detailed requirement documents.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a retail setting, with a demonstrated understanding of business operations and acumen.
