About the Role

As a Business Operations Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales and marketing teams at Amazon Devices.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and communication skills to manage day-to-day sales operations for our retail channel in Australia & New Zealand.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of Promotions, including creation and distribution of Promotional Planners and processing reseller claims.
  • Manage and monitor sales and stock reporting, in close partnership with Sales & Inventory Management stakeholders and retail partners.
  • Support new product launches into the channel, including creation of Price lists and new line forms for resellers.
  • Create and Maintain sales reporting dashboards in Excel.
  • Develop strategic insights by diving deep into data and providing actionable recommendations.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level, with experience in a highly analytical environment.
  • At least 3 years of Sales Administration experience in Consumer Goods management.
  • Able to work collaboratively across multiple teams and external retail partners.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
