Hasbro is seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team in Australia as a Sales Operations Manager. We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum.

About the Role

In this role, you will partner with the Country Manager to manage the development and execution of our planning processes across sales forecasting, promotions planning, channel strategy, route to market strategy, new launch planning, and inventory planning. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing accurate sales forecasts in collaboration with the Channel Leads & Marketing team.
  • Planning sales promotions across channels with channel leads to drive Sell out and Sell In plans.
  • Designing and implementing channel strategies to optimize sales and distribution.
  • Anchoring the planning and execution of new product launches.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of Channel Sales Management / Trade Marketing / Sales development experience in consumer goods industry.
  • A strategic mindset that can translate into clear execution plans.
  • Proven experience in sales forecasting, sales planning, promotions planning, channel strategy, route to market strategy, new launch planning and inventory planning.
  • Clear understanding of sales and marketing operations.
