Senior Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Development Manager to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
About the RoleIn this 12-month fixed-term contract position, you will:
- Develop and execute sales plans at the brand, channel, and SKU levels.
- Work closely with account managers and the brand team to build, align, and track sales plans for the year.
- Analyze historical sales data and market trends to predict sales trends.
- Collaborate with supply chain and marketing teams to align inventory plans with sales forecasts.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 8+ years of experience in Channel Sales Management, Trade Marketing, or Sales Development in the consumer goods industry.
- A strategic mindset with clear execution plans.
- Proven experience in sales forecasting, sales planning, promotions planning, channel strategy, route to market strategy, new launch planning, and inventory planning.
- Clear understanding of sales and marketing operations.
- Experience developing sales targets/budgets and driving revenue accountability across sales teams.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and dashboard development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write and deliver effective presentations.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
