Consumer Technology Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to support our sales and marketing teams in Australia & New Zealand. As a Consumer Technology Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing day-to-day sales operations for our retail channel.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end execution of promotions, including creation and distribution of promotional planners and processing reseller claims.
- Monitor sales and stock reporting in close partnership with Sales & Inventory Management stakeholders and retail partners.
- Support new product launches into the channel, including creation of price lists and new line forms for resellers.
- Create and maintain sales reporting dashboards in Excel (or preferred tools).
- You have a strong analytical mindset, with experience in managing multiple datasets and creating insights from data.
- You possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and external retail partners.
- You have a passion for problem-solving and decision-making, with a self-starter attitude and high motivation levels.
- Intermediate-level knowledge of Excel (e.g., pivot tables, charts, multiple criteria lookups).
- Experience in a highly analytical environment with cross-functional interactions.
- 3+ years of sales administration experience in consumer goods management.
