Store Operations Manager

This role requires exceptional organisational skills with strong time management ability. You will be responsible for ensuring store targets are met and maintaining high levels of customer service in line with industry standards. In addition, you will support local and national marketing campaigns and promotional activities, manage customer complaints and feedback, and assist with volunteer team schedules and the coordination of shifts due to absence or leave.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team in a retail environment, outstanding organisational skills with strong time management ability, ability to provide a high level of customer service, and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. They will also have highly developed relationship building and interpersonal skills.
