Store Operations Manager

As a key member of our retail team, you will have the opportunity to lead store operations and drive sales growth in a fast-paced convenience retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing daily store operations to ensure efficiency, service quality, and profitability.
- Determining product mixes, monitoring stock levels, and maintaining high standards of customer service and store presentation.
- Developing and implementing purchasing strategies, pricing policies, and promotional campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Overseeing product promotions and advertising both in-store and through external marketing initiatives.
- Engaging directly with customers, providing product advice, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction and service.
- Implementing and maintaining visual merchandising standards to enhance product visibility and brand image.
- Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, sales transactions, and financial performance.
- Preparing and managing store budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to meet operational goals.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and using data insights to drive store improvements.
- Recruiting, training, rostering, and supervising store staff; monitoring performance and supporting ongoing staff development.
- Ensuring all activities comply with occupational health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership and management experience within a retail environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
