We are seeking a skilled and motivated Store Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our stores, ensuring they operate at peak efficiency to achieve sales targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage.
Your primary responsibility will be to motivate your team to meet KPIs and added value targets across stores, closely monitoring sales to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets. You will also effectively manage wage costs to weekly wage targets, adhere to company rostering standards, and follow GRIA guidelines.
As a Store Operations Manager, you will provide guidance and mentorship to your team, promoting high morale and encouraging their development through training and succession planning. Additionally, you will evaluate and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste while maintaining a safe working environment.
