Key Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day supervision of store operations
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service is provided through supporting and developing the team
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to improve performance and productivity
  • Maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment for employees and customers
About the Role:
  • Prior supervisory experience or readiness to take on that responsibility
  • Demonstrated retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and workshop operations
  • Ability to lift, bend, climb, and drive safely
  • Flexible availability and possession of a valid driver's license
  • Physical capacity to handle products of varying weights

This position involves lifting, bending, climbing, and safe driving. Applications from individuals without industry experience are welcome.
