Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Store Operations Manager to assist in delivering store targets and company key performance indicators.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a customer-centric culture, ensuring the achievement of sales, profit, and productivity goals by adhering to business objectives and company policies.
- This role involves collaborating with the management team to drive commercial acumen, inspire and empower team members through leadership, training, and development.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience: Drive a customer-centric culture, creating a warm and meaningful in-store experience.
- Sales and Profit: Assist in driving sales, profit, and productivity by ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators as set by the business.
- Leadership and Development: Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure operational excellence by maintaining accurate stock control and visual merchandising.
Requirements:
- Retail Passion: A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
- Financial Acumen: Experience with managing budgets, interpreting financial reports, and generating efficient rosters.
- Operational Skills: Operational excellence, experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
