Job Title: People Partner

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our team as a People Partner.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with operational leaders to develop and implement HR strategies and objectives
  • Analyse and monitor workforce trends to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support the development of proactive strategies to enhance operational performance
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery as part of our broader HR team
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in human resources or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in a human resources role within mining or heavy industries
  • Proven ability to develop constructive working relationships with employees and managers
  • Strong influencing skills
  • A good understanding of human resources and employee relations legislation and practices
  • Sound judgement and objective problem-solving skills
  • Experience using HR systems such as Workday
  • Valid C class driver's licence
