Workforce Strategy Partner

Iluka Resources, a leading global producer of critical minerals, is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our People team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR advisory support and coaching on people matters, including workforce planning, performance management, talent development, employee relations, and change management.

Key responsibilities include partnering with the business to analyze and monitor workforce trends, supporting operational leaders to progress day-to-day activities and culture initiatives, and developing and maintaining professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in human resources or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in a human resources role within mining or other related heavy industries
  • Proven ability to develop constructive working relationships with employees and managers
  • Strong influencing skills
  • A good understanding of human resources and employee relations legislation and practices
  • Sound judgment and objective problem-solving skills
  • Experience using HR systems
  • Valid driver's license
