About the Position

This position is key in identifying, developing, and executing strategic growth opportunities. The focus will be on expanding the client base by generating a strong pipeline of potential new business, driving revenue growth within the sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted marketing, market research, and relationship building.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to grow the rent roll and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market appraisals and present property management services to prospective clients.
  • Convert proposals into management agreements and coordinate documentation ensuring legal compliance.
  • Provide professional advice and maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activity.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and report on business development and client interactions.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar business development role.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (desirable).
  • Proven track record in developing and securing new business, including prospecting, marketing, and negotiation.
  • Experience in the local property market.
  • Strong client relationship and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of applicable Real Estate legislation.
  • Current Property Management and/or Real Estate Licence, Certificate of Registration.
  • Driver's licence (essential).
