Key Role in Business Expansion

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to play a key role in expanding our brand presence across key customer segments. As a member of our team, you will focus on building and nurturing strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing strategies that help grow our premium brands in local markets.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to expand our brand's reach within both On Premise and Off Premise channels. You'll work closely with internal teams and customers to understand market needs and drive new opportunities that will enhance our position in the marketplace.

Main Responsibilities
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with distributors, retailers, and On Premise customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Cultivate and manage relationships with key customers, ensuring their engagement with our brands.
  • Commercial Strategies: Present creative, commercial strategies to customers, with a focus on driving profitable growth and enhancing brand awareness.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence to inform business development strategies and conduct regular performance analysis.
  • Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams in marketing, sales, and product development to ensure business strategies are aligned and executed seamlessly across all customer touchpoints.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the On Premise channel or the beverage alcohol industry.
  • Relationship Building: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
  • New Business Identification: Proven experience in identifying new business opportunities, developing territory plans, and executing sales strategies.
  • Commercial Mindset: Commercial mindset with the ability to understand P&L management, budget allocation, and revenue optimization.
  • Communication and Presentation: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive Approach: A proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving business goals.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel as required (up to 30%).
