Customer Growth Specialist

We are seeking a proactive Customer Growth Specialist to work out of our Darwin Branch.

You will facilitate the expansion of our business by engaging with our customers at both an operational and strategic level, identifying opportunities and delivering solutions that drive growth.

The Role
  • Regular travel to customer locations, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor
  • Identify and evaluate business opportunities and needs of our customers
  • Acquire new customers by understanding and fulfilling their requirements
  • Work closely with existing customers in forecasting, identifying solutions, and increasing business
  • Maintain and develop product knowledge, working closely with technical product support
  • Ensure our service solution meets the needs of our clients
Requirements
  • Demonstrated account management and business development experience
  • A professional presence and proven experience partnering with customers
  • Prepared to make the sale and complete follow-up documentation
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills
  • An effective collaborator with internal and external stakeholders
  • Data analysis and manipulation skills to present meaningful insights
  • Strong commitment to safety of yourself and others
  • Valid driving licence
  • Current work rights in Australia
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to Off the Road (OTR) Tyres, mining or heavy industries
