We are seeking a Strategic Growth Specialist to drive expansion across the region. Focused on key accounts in the building and construction industry, your role is all about establishing strong relationships and developing solutions-driven sales strategies.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers within target accounts
- Build long-term relationships with key customers
- Develop tailored sales strategies to achieve growth targets
- Manage a strong pipeline of qualified new business opportunities
- Provide input on pricing and revenue forecasting
- Represent our brand at key industry events and customer meetings
- Travel across the region as required to support business development
About You
- A natural relationship builder and confident communicator, with the drive to uncover opportunities and turn them into partnerships.
- Proven B2B sales success, ideally within or related to the building & construction industry.
- Experience working with key contractors or project stakeholders.
- Strong cold-calling and pipeline management skills.
- Confidence in communicating with people at all levels, from site to executive level.
- High resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
