Program Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to support the planning, execution and administration of various programs.

This role involves coordinating the delivery of health and safety programs, maintaining accurate records of training activities, and providing support to learners. You will also process training requests, confirmations, and permits to work, as well as conduct peer reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of programs processes and systems.

  • Coordinate program delivery and ensure seamless execution
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and certifications
  • Provide assistance and guidance to learners throughout their journey
  • Process training requests and confirmations in a timely manner
  • Issue Permits to Work (Track Access Permits) for safe access
  • Collaborate with the Program and Competency Management Senior Partner on strategic planning and scheduling
