Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Program Coordinator Specialist to join our organization.
About the Role:
- Coordinate governance forums, meetings, and decision-making processes across programs.
- Prepare and distribute accurate and timely program reports and updates.
- Maintain program artefacts, registers, and documentation to support audit readiness.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and tool optimization.
- Track and follow up on action items and ensure compliance with governance standards.
Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of program/project governance and reporting processes.
- Experience with Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) methodology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with collaboration tools.
