Program Coordinator Role

The Digital Services team is embarking on a major program of work to update our core operational systems. This significant project requires the appointment of a Program Coordinator to support governance and project administration activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers to establish projects, including creating project folders and templates, supporting stakeholder engagement and risk identification activities, and supporting project planning activities.
  • Coordinate and attend project meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting invitations and scheduling, and preparing and publishing minutes and actions.
  • Assist Project Managers to monitor and maintain project artefacts, including project schedules, risk and issues registers, action registers, expense administration and reporting, and project status reports/dashboards.

About You:

  • Able to work within and contribute to the organization's mission and values.
  • Familiarity with MS Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centred focus.
  • Able to engage at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly developed time management and organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Independent with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Working in and with project teams in a similar role is desirable.
  • Understanding of project methodologies is desirable.
