About the Role

This role involves overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations at an iconic 5-star dining destination on the Great Barrier Reef. As a key member of the Food & Beverage team, you will report directly to the Food & Beverage Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage kitchen operations with a hands-on approach ensuring high-quality standards and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Understand and accommodate diverse food allergies and dietary requirements for guests.
  • Maintain inventory and stock levels critical for operations on a remote pontoon.
  • Provide administrative support including ordering, email management, and the creation of SOPs, policies, and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications

The successful candidate must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and general administrative tasks is also required.
