Requirements
  • A relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar chef's role.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
  • Food Safety Supervisor certifications.
  • HLTAID011 Provide First Aid and HLTAID015 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation & Apply basic oxygen.
  • National Police Clearance.
