Job Description

This is a challenging role for an experienced HR professional to join our team at Programmed as an HR Business Partner, based in WA. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of contemporary human resource management issues and be able to provide expert advice on employment legislation and industrial agreements.

The key responsibilities of this role include supporting managers in best practices for HR management, facilitating corporate induction and performance review processes, coordinating learning and development programs, and maintaining positive relationships with unions and other stakeholders.

We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional with a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, proven experience in engaging with staff at all levels, and the ability to cultivate effective working relationships.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, and we offer a range of benefits including a current satisfactory National Police check and a valid WA "C" class driver's license.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to:

  • Provide expert advice on HR policies, employment legislation, and industrial agreements.
  • Facilitate corporate induction and performance review processes to enhance employee performance.
  • Coordinate a learning and development program and annual training calendar focused on best practices.
  • Maintain positive relationships with unions, employer associations, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct HR reporting to support compliance and decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
