About the Role:

We are seeking a Strategic HR Leader to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of human resources, including talent management, performance management, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with department leadership teams to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business needs.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to senior leaders on HR policies and processes.
  • Develop and implement programs to improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and teamwork across the organization.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform HR decisions and optimize HR processes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in senior HR roles, preferably in a mining or resource industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and employees.
  • Detailed understanding of HR laws and regulations, including the Fair Work Act.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform HR decisions.
