Strategic HR Consultant for Organizational Excellence

We're seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People and Culture team, who will play a key role in driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR, with a proven track record of developing and implementing policies and processes that align with business goals. A tertiary qualification in HR or a related field is essential, along with at least 3 years of experience working in a generalist capacity.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate with department heads to drive business results through HR solutions aligned with MSWA's strategic goals.
- Policy Research and Development: Develop, update, and ensure policies meet legal and business priorities.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies to streamline HR processes for better operational effectiveness.
- Employee Lifecycle Support: Manage onboarding, performance, career development, and offboarding to enhance the employee experience.
- Employee Relations and HR Systems: Advise on employee relations and ensure compliance while maintaining accurate HR records and systems.
A salary of up to $85,000 per annum, plus generous leave policies, discounts on major retailers, and the opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding projects make this a compelling opportunity. Travel to MSWA locations is also a requirement of the role.
