Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Learning and Development Coordinator to drive learning and development functions across the business.
This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about employee growth and development, with a strong focus on creating engaging learning experiences.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to ensure effective onboarding and retention of employees
- Analyze skills gaps and design targeted learning initiatives to bridge them
- Foster strong relationships with all employees to promote a culture of accountability and passion
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Basic understanding of current key business technologies and concepts
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
