Role Overview:

A leading insurance company based in Sydney CBD is seeking a customer-focused and results-oriented policy support specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure clients' needs and expectations are well managed and maintain high client satisfaction at all times.
  • Proactively handle client calls, emails, and other enquiries, and handle client and stakeholder queries professionally.
  • Process policy changes and complete policy administration activities as required by clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Perform administrative requests as needed.

Candidate Profile:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 2 years of insurance customer service experience.
  • An unwavering customer-centric focus.
  • The ability to develop long-term client relationships with a value-add perspective.
  • The ability to manage your own work and work well as part of a team.
  • Must be a permanent resident/Australian Citizen.
