Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service & Administration Officer to join our thriving team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our B2B customers, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with enquiries in relation to sales, orders, invoicing, and delivery via phone or email.
  • Manage client expectations, ensuring client and internal deadlines are met.
  • Promptly escalate any issues.
  • Proactively process bookings, client online registrations, invoicing, credits, and warranty claims.
  • Provide general office administration support.
  • Ensure courteous and prompt service is provided to all customer inquiries.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar fast-paced role.
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines.
  • Dedication and commitment to your role and customer experience.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Highly motivated, flexible, with a solid work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Able to work in a team environment as well as autonomously.
  • Accurate attention to detail.
  • A positive can-do attitude.
  • Competency with Microsoft package and Hubspot (favourable).
What We Offer
  • $65k + super.
  • Full-time permanent role.
  • Monday to Friday hours (8.30am to 4.30pm).
