Role Overview:
A leading insurance company, Temp and Agnew, is seeking a customer-focused Policy Support Specialist to join their team in Sydney CBD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are well managed and met.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure clients' needs and expectations are well managed and ensure high client satisfaction at all times.
Proactively handle all client calls and other enquiries and handle client and stakeholder queries professionally.
Process policy changes and complete policy administration activities as required by the clients, and internal stakeholders.
Perform administrative requests as required.

Candidate Profile:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum 2 years insurance customer service experience.
An unwavering customer-centric focus.
The ability to develop long-term client relationships with a value-add perspective.
The ability to manage your own work and work well as part of a team.
Must be a permanent resident/Australian Citizen.
