Key Leadership Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and forward-thinking individual to lead our People and Culture function.

  • Lead the design and delivery of impactful projects across people operations, employee experience, employee engagement, performance, diversity, inclusion, and learning and development.
  • Develop our people managers and leaders, supporting their growth, development, and performance management.
  • Partner with the leadership team to set and execute the strategy for all People initiatives.
  • Build and scale our diverse and inclusive team, focusing on employer branding and talent acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Extensive Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for creating a great employee experience.
  • Strong influencing, coaching, judgement, networking, and decision-making skills.
  • Bias for action, self-motivated with a proactive approach.
  • Prior experience in developing and leading high-performing teams with measurable output.
