We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our People and Culture function.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will provide high-level strategic business partnering service to executives and senior management, leading activities across the employee journey including workforce planning, talent acquisition, engagement and culture, performance and development, safety and well-being, career progression and succession planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and strategic direction on People and Culture initiatives.
- Lead activities across the employee journey.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in providing expert tailored advice and value-add solutions to deliver strategic business outcomes.
