The Job Role
As a key member of our team, you will provide vital administrative and coordination support across a range of activities.
These include recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, work health and safety, and various other initiatives that contribute to a seamless employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Selection: You will work closely with our team and hiring managers to support the recruitment process.
- Onboarding: You will coordinate the onboarding of new team members, ensuring they have a great start with our onboarding program.
- Learning and Development: You will assist in managing our Learning Management System, track training attendance, and help develop our annual training program.
- Work Health and Safety: You will provide administrative support for WHS committee meetings and safety program activities.
- General Support: You will offer general administrative assistance to our Director and contribute to the development of HR programs, policies, and procedures.
