Strategic Leader for Employee Experience

About the Role

Our organization seeks a seasoned leader to provide strategic direction across all functions and its leaders in diverse regions. Reporting into the Vice President of Employee Experience, this leader will lead a team of business partners and oversee Human Resources Business Partners strategically aligned with client groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop regional organizational and people strategies to support growth objectives through partnering with Centers of Excellence and functional leaders.
  • Ensure operational efficiency across all systems and processes to enable scaling and ease of doing business.
  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of business partners and oversee Human Resources Business Partners strategically aligned with client groups.
  • Liaise closely with Corporate Employee Experience teams and Global leaders of the Employee Experience Organisation.
