Director of Employee Relations

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Employment Law to join our team. This is a leadership role that requires a strong understanding of employment law and the ability to advise on complex issues.
About the Role:The Associate Director of Employment Law will be responsible for providing expert advice on employment law matters, including but not limited to:
- Developing and implementing employment policies and procedures
- Providing training and guidance to employees on employment law issues
- Representing the company in employment-related disputes
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A strong background in employment law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in managing employment law cases and advising on employment law issues
