Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Graduate to join our Financial Control team in Sydney. This position will provide you with exposure to key finance functions, including financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, and strategic decision-making.

- Gain experience across all areas of finance, including financial accounting, financial reporting, compliance, audits, financial asset management, financial planning, data analysis, and operational finance.
- Work closely with team members from various business units to support the achievement of shared financial goals and initiatives.
- Gain experience in financial processes and procedures.
- Conduct thorough financial research and investigation.
- Assist in finance projects and actively participate in the graduate program.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have:
- A recent graduate degree in Finance or Accounting or a related field.
- A strong academic record with a demonstrated interest in finance and business.
- An interest in technology and/or communications and a passion for innovation.
- Previous work experience or internship in finance, accounting, or analytics is an advantage.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Power Pivot is desirable.
- A proactive, can-do attitude.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to work as part of a team to complete a common goal.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
