Complaint Returns Coordinator

This role is part of the Product Quality team, involving product complaints and recall returns coordination. Timely and accurate responses to product quality issues are ensured.

  • Receipt of returned products within agreed timelines is facilitated;
  • Returned stock is reconciled;
  • Coordinated destruction or vendor return of reconciled stock takes place;
  • Administrative support is provided in the RAQA Department.

The ideal candidate has experience in complaints handling, excellent communication skills, and solid time management skills. High attention to detail and a proactive approach are essential.
