Global Banking Partnerships Development Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the development and expansion of our global bank partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned executive to shape the future of our business by building strong relationships with leading financial institutions.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the banking industry, a proven track record of success in partnership development, and excellent negotiation skills. They will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams to drive business growth and ensure successful onboarding of new banking partners.

This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be passionate about crypto and digital assets and have experience working across diverse regions and cultures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the banking industry\
  • Manage cross-functional teams to drive business growth and ensure successful onboarding of new banking partners\
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive research to inform partnership development\
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop market entry strategies and increase market penetration\
  • Pursue opportunities to expand our portfolio of banking relationships\
  • Demonstrate a passion for crypto and digital assets and stay up-to-date on industry trends\
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously\
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion\
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred\
  • At least 7 years of experience in a senior role, leading partnership development, managing business negotiations with financial institutions, and building strong relationships with banking partners\
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and expanding partnerships\
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions\
  • Familiarity with the crypto and digital assets industry; knowledge of current trends and developments\
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment; collaborative mindset\
  • Results-driven and proactive approach to work; able to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously\
  • Passion for crypto and digital assets; commitment to ongoing learning and professional development\
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages a plus\
