Industry Partnerships Lead Role

This dynamic position plays a pivotal role in driving strategic alliances and partnerships across key sectors, including hospitality, coffee, pubs, clubs, and laundry. The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding our market presence by forging high-impact relationships that unlock new opportunities and fuel business growth.

About the Job:

  • Job Description: Develop and execute forward-thinking partnership strategies to drive business growth and enhance visibility within key industry segments.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute innovative partnership strategies to expand our market presence.
  2. Build and maintain high-impact relationships with key industry stakeholders to generate leads and deliver measurable results.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet partner needs and align with our strategic objectives.
  4. Monitor partnership performance, providing regular updates and optimising strategies as needed to exceed business targets.
  5. Elevate SilverChef's brand presence at industry events and through networking opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in strategic partnership management, business development, or sales, preferably in the hospitality or financial services sectors.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute partnership strategies that deliver tangible business results.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with a track record of securing long-term, high-value partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience with CRM systems is desirable.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strategic thinker with exceptional time management and organisational skills.
