Administration Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration Officer to join our team at Gold Coast Private Hospital. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our patients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our healthcare team, including answering and redirecting calls, preparing admission paperwork, and conducting follow-up requests.
- Maintain accurate and effective record management systems, including preparation of medical records and health fund checks.
- Coordinate with staff from other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Perform other clerical tasks, such as data entry and document preparation.
- Previous administrative experience working in a high-volume customer-centric role.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong time management and organization skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and take directions as required.
