About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Right at Home Gold Coast. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive customer-focused service to all areas, assisting in office work and staff rostering, ensuring that our support services are delivered effectively and in line with client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support: Handle office administrative tasks, including managing correspondence and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  2. Support Services Coordination: Provide support to the care coordination team in HCP and NDIS administrative and documentation tasks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  3. Compliance and Audit: Assist in compliance and audit processes, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  4. Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative duties as required, including data entry and record-keeping.
  5. Rostering and Scheduling: Assist the rostering department in coordinating support worker services according to client care requirements and preferences.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Experience in office administration and rostering, with a demonstrated knowledge of the HCP and NDIS.
  2. Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship skills, with a passion for assisting others and building a dedicated workforce.
  3. Education and Training: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, and communication software, with a valid driver's license and reliable car.
  4. Screening and Certification: NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain), and current First Aid and CPR training.
