Job Title: Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator

This is a key role in the maintenance and upkeep of facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities are safe, functional, and comfortable for staff and visitors.

The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management, including coordinating with internal staff and external vendors/contractors. They will also have excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and repairs of facilities
  • Coordinating with internal staff and external vendors/contractors
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Managing space utilisation and presentation across all sites
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and other software applications
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
