We are seeking an experienced property manager to oversee our retail portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to build relationships with landlords.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing lease renewals, negotiating new leases, and coordinating refurbishments. They will also work closely with our design and construction team to ensure that our restaurants are delivered on time and within budget.
This is a full-time permanent position based in Melbourne, with opportunities to travel interstate and New Zealand. We offer a competitive salary package, flexible working arrangements, and a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage lease renewals and negotiate new leases to ensure the company achieves its business objectives
- Coordinate refurbishments and ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Work closely with our design and construction team to deliver high-quality restaurants
- Build relationships with landlords and other stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance of our retail portfolio
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in property management or a related field
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Ability to build relationships with landlords and other stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in property or a related field (desirable)
