Service Delivery Expertise

This is a challenging role that requires a professional to support the Associate Director, Delivery and broader team in executing financial oversight, performance tracking, and strategic reporting.

You will lead a team of Capability Support Officers, fostering a collaborative culture to deliver quality support across multiple capability areas.

  • Monitor financial performance across the Delivery team ensuring budgets are effectively managed and aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Support service delivery operations by maintaining dashboards, monitoring KPIs, and delivering meaningful insights to inform decision-making.
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure alignment with the service catalogue and strategic objectives, sourcing accurate information to support reporting.

This is a full-time position located at the University's main campus.

You will have:

  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and producing reports that support high-level decision-making.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, building relationships, negotiating effectively, and sourcing critical information.
  • A proactive mindset thinking strategically while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting IT programs, projects, and service delivery in a complex environment.
  • Experience working with tools such as Project Management tools, Jira, and Confluence is highly regarded.
