Marketing Coordinator Job Description

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing marketing tasks and projects at our organization. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive business results.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design and produce high-quality marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and ads.
  • Manage and maintain our website, ensuring it is up-to-date and reflects the organization's brand and messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze website analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Assist in planning and executing events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of graphic design software, such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with video editing software, such as Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere.
  • Previous experience in a marketing role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
